Use the link below to book a 15-minute consult call so I can answer your questions and we can determine if therapy with me feels like the right fit.

2. Schedule an intake session

The intake session provides a safe, supportive space for me to learn about the challenges you’re facing and your goals for therapy. During this session, we will create a plan for moving forward.

Rates

Initial Intake Session | $175 | 50 minutes

Intake sessions are an opportunity for me to learn more about you, the challenges you’re facing, and your goals for therapy. During this time, we will create a plan for our journey together.

Individual Sessions | $150 | 50 minutes

Individual sessions, are unique to you and your goals. I provide somatic-IFS informed therapy. Please visit my about page to learn more.

trauma-informed yoga therapy group | TBD | 90 minutes

Yoga therapy has been shown to reduce stress and increase self-awareness, emotional regulation skills, mental clarity, and adaptive thinking. The group will include individual check-ins, guided group discussion, experiential exercises, practical skills, and a trauma-informed yoga practice to support you in safely reconnecting with your body.

Insurance

I am an out-of-network provider and do not directly accept insurance. This protects your privacy from insurance companies, allows freedom from declaring a mental health diagnosis, and the ability to tailor our work to better meet your individual needs.

Depending on your insurance plan, you may be eligible for reimbursement from your insurance provider. I can provide a super bill, upon request, which can be submitted to your insurance provider for reimbursement.

Please call your insurance company prior to scheduling to ensure they provide reimbursement for out-of-network mental health services.

I accept cash, check, and all credit cards, including Health Savings Account (HSA) and Flexible Spending Account (FSA).

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Therapy is unique to each individual. Time in therapy will depend on your personal goals and level of commitment to the therapeutic work.

  • You get to choose! I am available in-person Monday-Thursday and virtually Monday-Friday.

  • I am an out-of-network provider and do not directly accept insurance.

  • I have a limited number of sliding-scale spaces available. Please inquire during our initial contact to discuss availability.

  • If you cannot make your session, you must let me know at least 24-hours in advance. This allows me to offer space to clients who are patiently waiting.

    You will be charged the full fee for late cancellations and no-shows.

    The only exceptions are for medical emergencies, serious illness, and unexpected changes due to inclement weather.

  • I offer quarterly trauma-informed yoga therapy groups. Please consult the group therapy page for additional information.
